Walgrove Weekly Message 01/09/2023

Dear Walgrove Families and Staff,

Welcome back after three weeks of rest and relatives (hopefully not relative rest!)

I can't wait to see you all tomorrow!!!

Per Superintendent Carvalho's phone message, it is recommended that you take the COVID tests that were provided right before Winter Break to ensure that you are coming to school COVID-free.

If your test is negative, yay. There is nothing to do! Just come to school and either mask or not. Masking is recommended but is still your choice.

If your COVID test is positive:

> Upload your positive test (with identifying info) to the Daily Dashboard/Parent Portal

> Notify the office

> Isolate for 5+ days (until negative, or until 10 days have passed)

> Tell close contacts to mask for 10 days

If your kiddo is coughing or sneezing, and it is not COVID but is also not allergies, please keep them at home. Please do not send sick kiddos to school with anything contagious. We will have to send them right back home. Thank you for your understanding.
