On March 17, Board member Nick Melvoin, along with Allison Holdorff and other members of Melvoin's team, Venice Community of Schools Administrator Erick Hansen, parents Chaka Forman and Sara Reimers and a few others toured Walgrove and discussed with Kyle Stokes of KPCC what we all face.

Rm 4 is turned into a blank slate for a socially distanced TK-K experience. Soon, Ms. Zeena Pliska and students, both in-person and virtual, will fill the room with their energy and their creations.
Rm 28 was set up to showcase the options: either place nametags where students should sit OR place "Do Not Sit Here" signs where they should not. I am encouraging teachers to place nametags. It's always better to tell folks what they should do than tell them what they should not.
